Whether you're booking a 60-minute massage or a 2-hour seasonal ritual, the work is always adapted to meet you where you are. Sessions are tailored based on:

  • Your current physical state and any areas of tension or discomfort
  • Your goals for the session (pain relief, stress reduction, relaxation, maintenance)
  • Your preferences for pressure, pace, and communication level
  • Any sensitivities, injuries, or areas to avoid

You're encouraged to communicate throughout your session. This is your time, and the work should always feel supportive, safe, and responsive to your needs.

Time That Honors the Work

Sessions range from 15 minutes (for targeted treatments like brow sugaring or reflexology) to 2 hours (for immersive wellness experiences). Massage therapy is offered in 60, 75, 90, and 120-minute sessions.

Recommended session lengths

  • 60 minutes: Ideal for focused work on specific areas or for regular maintenance
  • 75 minutes: Allows for full-body work with attention to 1–2 problem areas
  • 90 minutes: Comprehensive full-body session with deeper therapeutic work
  • 120 minutes: Immersive experience for profound release and restoration

Before Your Appointment

What to expect: Before your first session, you'll complete a brief intake form covering your health history, current concerns, and session goals. This helps ensure care is safe, effective, and tailored to you.

What to bring: Just yourself. All linens, oils, and products are provided. For sugaring appointments, please arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid applying lotions or oils beforehand.

What to wear: For massage, you'll undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped throughout the session. For sugaring, wear comfortable clothing that's easy to change out of.

During Your Session

Consultation: Every first session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your goals, any areas of concern, and your preferences. This ensures the work is aligned with what you need.

Communication: You're encouraged to share feedback throughout—whether you'd like more or less pressure, want to adjust the temperature, or need a moment to pause. Your comfort and safety are always the priority.

Boundaries & consent: Care is delivered with clear communication and respect for your boundaries. You're in control of your experience, and sessions can be adjusted or paused at any time.

After Your Session

Integration time: After massage, you'll be given a few minutes to rest and reintegrate before getting up. Some clients choose to add "Dream Time" for extended rest in a spa environment.

Hydration: Drinking water after bodywork helps support the body's natural detoxification and healing processes.

Self-care guidance: If relevant, you may receive recommendations for stretches, self-massage techniques, or at-home care to support your results between sessions.

Booking your next session: Many clients find the most benefit from regular, consistent care. You're welcome to schedule your next appointment before leaving, or book online anytime.

For Massage Therapy

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
  • Avoid heavy meals immediately before your session
  • Communicate any changes in your health or new injuries
  • Turn off or silence your phone to fully disconnect

For Sugaring

  • Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about 2–3 weeks of growth)
  • Exfoliate gently 24–48 hours before (not day-of)
  • Avoid lotions, oils, or products on the day of your appointment
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

For Facial Treatments

  • Arrive with clean skin (or plan for cleansing as part of the service)
  • Avoid aggressive exfoliation or treatments 48 hours prior
  • Communicate any skin sensitivities or current products you're using

Massage Therapy

  • Drink plenty of water to support the body's natural detoxification
  • Allow time to rest and integrate—avoid strenuous activity immediately after
  • You may feel deeply relaxed or experience mild soreness (typically resolves within 24–48 hours)
  • Notice how your body feels over the next few days and adjust your next session accordingly

Sugaring

  • Avoid hot baths, saunas, or intense exercise for 24 hours
  • Do not apply lotions, deodorants, or fragranced products for 24 hours
  • Exfoliate gently 2–3 times per week starting 48 hours after treatment to prevent ingrown hairs
  • Moisturize regularly with natural, fragrance-free products

Facial Treatments

  • Avoid touching your face unnecessarily
  • Use gentle, natural skincare products for 24–48 hours
  • Stay hydrated and avoid excessive sun exposure
  • Follow any specific product recommendations provided
