What to know before your visit.

These policies are here to support a smooth, respectful experience for every client. If you have questions, please reach out.

Booking & Scheduling

Online booking: Most services can be booked 24/7 through our online system. Simply select your service, choose an available time, and complete your reservation.

Couples massage: Couples sessions require direct scheduling. Please call or text (530) 845-1901 to coordinate your appointment.

Booking modifications: Need to change your appointment time? You can reschedule online (if within the 24-hour window) or contact us directly for assistance.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Cancellation notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Emergency cancellation: Each client is granted one complimentary emergency cancellation—we understand that life happens.

Late cancellation fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 75% of the scheduled service cost, unless the appointment slot is filled by another client.

Late arrivals: If you arrive late, we'll do our best to accommodate the full session, but this may not always be possible depending on the schedule. Your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client's appointment. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit to allow time for intake paperwork.

No-shows: Clients who miss appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

Health & Safety

Health disclosure: For your safety and the safety of others, please disclose any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications during your intake consultation. This information is kept confidential and helps ensure your treatment is safe and effective.

Illness policy: If you're experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, congestion, etc.), please reschedule your appointment. This will not count against your complimentary emergency cancellation.

Contraindications: Certain health conditions may require medical clearance before receiving massage or esthetic services. We'll discuss this during your consultation if applicable.

Privacy & Consent

Confidentiality: All health information and personal details shared during your visit are kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional ethics and privacy standards.

Draping & modesty: Professional draping is maintained throughout all massage sessions. You'll always be covered except for the area being worked on, and you're in control of your comfort level.

Communication & boundaries: You have the right to ask questions, request adjustments, or pause/end your session at any time. Clear communication and respect for boundaries are foundational to our practice.

Service-Specific Policies

Sugaring Services

• Hair must be at least 1/4 inch long (approximately 2–3 weeks of growth)
• Avoid lotions, oils, or deodorants on the day of your appointment
• Extra-hairy areas or larger body frames may incur a small upcharge ($5–$20)
• Brazilian services available for women, queer, and gender non-conforming clients (no cis-gender males at this time)

Facial Sculpting

• For best results, commit to 8–12 sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule
• Avoid aggressive exfoliation or treatments 48 hours before your appointment

Seasonal Specials

• Seasonal offerings are available for a limited time and may have unique policies or pricing
• Check individual service descriptions for details

Payment & Pricing

Payment methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is processed securely through our booking system.

Pricing adjustments: Some services may have slight price variations based on specific needs (e.g., extra time required, additional product use). Any adjustments will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated but never expected. If you'd like to leave a tip, you can add it to your payment at checkout or provide it in person.

Gift cards: Gift cards never expire and can be used toward any service or product.

Professional Standards

Therapeutic scope: Services provided are for therapeutic, wellness, and beauty purposes only. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or prescription. If you're experiencing acute pain or a medical condition, please consult with your healthcare provider.

Code of ethics: All services are provided in accordance with professional licensing standards, ethical guidelines, and a commitment to your safety, dignity, and well-being.
